This morning I was about to see another apartment. It seemed to be a very good deal, at least moderate priced. I called yesterday, about one hour after it was posted on craigslist. I thought I was one of the first callers. So this morning I called before I went because I was late. And the guy told me it was already rented. That was around 10.30am. First I was frustrated about it. I new these kind of conditions from new york and was not interested at all to get into it again. You have no time to think, no time to rest, just be quick and first. But then second thought was: Do you really want to rent at a place like that? Where there is obviously no interest in who lives there? Just the first who shows up takes it, whoever it is. Doesn’t create a nice environment, I believe.
