where was I? I don’t even remember the last posting. But my notebook connects again, reconnection. maybe it’s the season, interfering network, timeout…who knows. time passed, moved.
new project, i thought starting a photo collection, still no nasty neighbors, visitors, conversation, art fairs, Christmas, San Francisco, mountain bar, jazz…I lost track. I should sit here all night and write.
that was two weeks ago, when I spend about two hours at the la photo in santa monica. and I thought I need to do a reasonable investment. The week-end after I visited some of the galleries represented at the art fair. So here is the achievement, I picture I would buy right away, because I like it. The colors, the moment, the view point. Luckily the book is in the picture, the first thing you would editing away normally. I like these incidental objects and situation, not arranged, not specifically appealing and, most of all, not over designed. Our everyday live, the way we are, the places we live in. Why do we always tent to look for things which are not here? Notice the daytime in the picture, I am sure it was taken around noon or early afternoon, something you should avoid as rule number one. They say. Guess what I think. Go out and take pictures at noon, they are fantastic. We should be more conscious about ourselves and our immediate surroundings.
